I've never done reformer Pilates. Can I start here?

Yes. Arrive ten minutes early. Your instructor will walk you through the machine and meet you at your level. We coach form first, intensity second.

What do I need to bring?

Grip socks (required — we sell them if you forget), water, and clothes you can move in. A towel if you sweat.
