  • 5–10 minutes early. Doors close at the start of class.

    New Clients must arrive 10 minutes before class. Our instructors need time to introduce you to the machine.

    1. Grip socks are required for all classes—no exceptions. Bare feet and shoes are not permitted on the machines. Forgot your socks? No problem, we have grip socks for sale.

    2. Water is recommended. Bottled water is available for purchase.

    3. A towel is optional, but encouraged.

    4. Wear activewear that allows you to move freely and comfortably.

    1. MSL operates on a strict 10 hour cancellation policy. Our classes are intentionally small, and late changes impact both clients and instructors.

    2. Cancellations or changes made within 10 hours of class will be considered a late cancellation. This applies to all bookings, including clients added from the waitlist.

    3. To avoid losing your session or incurring fees, cancel at least 10 hours before your scheduled class.

    4. Class Packs & Membership Sessions
      Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a lost session and a $25 fee.

    5. Unlimited Memberships
      Late cancellations incur a $30 fee. No-shows incur a $35 fee.

    6. All cancellations must be made through your booking account. We do not accept cancellations via text, email, or social media.

    7. Clients not checked in by the start of class will be marked as no-shows and their spot may be released.

  • Membership Freezes: Auto-renew memberships can be frozen up to three months once per year. For injuries or medical reasons, longer freezes may be requested by providing documentation.

    For cancellations requested before the completion of your commitment term, a 30-day notice is required prior to your next billing date, along with an early termination fee equal to one month of your membership rate. All other cancellations must be submitted at least 15 days prior to your auto-renewal date to avoid renewal.

    If you are on an auto-renew Membership and wish to upgrade or downgrade, your commitment term will reset as of the transfer date. Membership changes can be requested by contacting us at hello@msleffect.com

  • There is not a designated parking lot at this time. There is plenty of street parking available on Av. Fernández Juncos, Cll Ernesto Cerra and surrounding streets.

    We start on time — every time. Please give yourself enough time to arrive, get settled and show up ready to work. Late arrivals will not be admitted out of respect for the class already in session.

  • Selfies & Personal Recording: You are welcome to record your own workouts, take photos, or film short clips for personal use or social media.

    Sharing your progress: Feel free to tag us on Instagram @msleffect when you post.

    Silent mode: Please keep your phone on silent during class to avoid distractions. There is no talking on the phone or texting during class. This includes Apple Watches.

    Boundaries & Respect: Be mindful of others.

    Please avoid capturing other clients or instructors in your photos or videos unless you have their permission.

    Respect the flow: Recording should not interrupt the class or block other participant’s space.

    No live streaming: Out of respect for everyone in class, live streaming is not permitted.

    Instructor rights: Our instructors may ask you to pause or stop recording if it becomes disruptive or intrusive.

  • Please do not wear heavy perfume to the studio.

    Please do not smoke before your lesson.

    Do not drink or participate in recreational drugs before your lesson. This impairs your coordination to safely participate in an exercise program.

    The MSL Effect LLC has the right to refuse to teach you under these conditions and charge you for your lesson.
