The MSL Effect is a boutique athletic reformer studio in the heart of Santurce, San Juan. Built for those who value grit over trends and intention over aesthetics — this is high performance movement with a deep sense of purpose.

This studio exists because of deep belief and an unwillingness to cut corners. Every decision — from the method to the space to the standard we hold in every class — comes from a place of conviction. It isn't about luxury or looking good on the outside. It's about the work that happens on the inside.

The goal was to build something real, something lasting, and something that truly belongs to this community.

Meet Monica, the Founder -

Monica trained in Los Angeles and was forged in some of the most demanding studios in LA and NYC. She didn't stumble into teaching this method — she was recruited into it by her mentor after years as a dedicated student. She knows this work from the inside out. The MSL Effect is built on nine years of teaching experience.

Monica treats every person who walks through the door as an athlete. Beginner or advanced. Every size, every age, every body. Her standards are high because yours should be too — and because her name is on the door.

MSL are her initials. That's how deeply she believes in what she built.
